Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 21, 2022, Quincy B. Troupe advised the Company that he intends to step down from his position as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. The effective date and other details of Mr. Troupe’s departure have not been finalized, but will be disclosed in the future as appropriate.
