U.S. News & World Report and TIME list BBC as a "Best Company to Work For" and one of "America’s Best Companies"
Boston Beer has once again been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2026-2027 Best Company to Work For and by TIME as one of America’s Best Companies.
On the U.S. News & World Report list, Boston Beer earned a “Best” badge in 3 categories: Consumer Products, Companies Overall, and Companies in the Northeast.
To calculate their list, U.S. News evaluates 3,900 companies using publicly available data to analyze employee perceptions of six factors that are important to employee wellbeing:
- Quality of pay and benefits
- Work/life balance and flexibility
- Job and company stability
- Physical and psychological comfort
- Belongingness and esteem
- Career opportunities and professional development
This is the fourth consecutive year Boston Beer has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report’s annual list of best companies to work for. Find out more about the recognition and methodology in the press release.
Not to be outdone, TIME named Boston Beer on its inaugural America’s Best Companies list, recognizing corporate excellence in people and purpose.
The TIME ranking is based on three surveyed and researched key areas: employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency. While over 7,200 companies met eligibility criteria, Boston Beer was one of 1,000 companies recognized, with sustainability transparency being our strongest sub-category.
