Jill Westra wins NAEM’s Leadership-in-Action Award for advancing EHS and Sustainability at FORUM25
TUCSON, Ariz. – Oct. 24, 2025 – The National Association for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Management (NAEM) has honored Boston Beer Company's Sr. Manager of Sustainability Environmental, Health and Safety at Boston Beer Company, with its prestigious Leadership-in-Action Award.
Jill Westra was one of thirteen EHS and Sustainability leaders recognized during the NAEM Excellence Awards ceremony on Oct. 22, held during FORUM25, NAEM's annual conference for EHS and Sustainability decision-makers.
The Leadership-in-Action Awards showcase current and next-generation EHS and Sustainability leaders who are advancing business management practices and making a difference.
The 12 Leadership-in-Action recipients were honored across five categories, including Empowering Systems, Championing Technology Innovation, Keeping Employees Safe, Advancing Corporate Transparency, and Minimizing the Corporate Footprint.
