In 2012, Angel City Brewery, a brewery located in downtown Los Angeles, CA was acquired by A&S Brewing. The brewery was re-located to the historic John A. Roebling Building in LA’s Downtown Arts District and re-opened its doors to the public in 2013. Today, Angel City brews dozens of styles of small batch beers for local Los Angeles bars and restaurants, and also welcomes thousands of visitors to its on-site brew pub, the Public House.

In 2013, A&S Brewing purchased the Coney Island brand from Schmaltz Brewery Company and began brewing and distributing craft beers that capture the spirit, flavor and romance of Coney Island, such as Mermaid Pilsner and Tunnel of Love.

In October of 2013, A&S Brewing broke ground on construction of the new Concrete Beach Brewery in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami. The following year, the brewery fired up the kettles and began distributing beer locally and participating in local beer festivals. The Concrete Beach Brewery and social hall opened to the public in May 2015.
